About the Founder

Laurie Leitzel is a specialist in Office Management and Organization. She has over twenty years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager and Director of Operations in both corporate and entertainment offices. She worked as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman and CEO of Sony Pictures Entertainment and as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman of Roll International (parent company to Fiji Water, POM, Teleflora and Paramount Farms), where she gained a wealth of experience managing the daily flow of work in highly demanding office environments. Through The Office Elf, she provides her expertise to a wide variety of clients including those in Real Estate, Medicine, Advertising, Animation, Production and Philanthropy.
